ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH!! 3 bedroom, 2 bath pier home. 1 Queen and 5 twins *Sleeps 7* Owner in 2025 is only renting the house on a seven night stay. Living room has two sofas with one chair. and flat screen television. Dining room table has four chairs and one bench. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, disposal, ice maker, new dishwasher,4 slot toaster, 12 cup coffee pot, toaster oven, refrigerator, stove, island with additional seating for four and side by side washer/dryer, Master bedroom has one queen bed, one single bed and flat screen television. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. Master bathroom has a shower only with garden tub. Master bathroom has double sink. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, closet and flat screen television. 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, closet and flat screen television. Hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Off the dining room is screened in porch with three chairs and two tables, deck, outside shower, direct on canal/near ocean. Ironing board and iron are also in unit. **NO PETS**NO SMOKING*. Free High speed internet has been added.
Enjoy the Oceanside Village Community the includes private beach parking that includes bathrooms and showers, indoor pool, two outdoor pools with splash area for the kids. Also renters can use playground, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, two bocce ball courts, pickleball court and two tennis courts. Golf carts can be rented thru Oceanside Village. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

I stayed with my husband and my 2 older kids. The over all place was really nice and clean we loved everything about but it could of used some criling fans in the bedrooms and the beds in our opinion were very uncomfortable. My husband and I hardly got any sleep in the time we stayed there and at one point he even slept on the couch. My kids complained about their beds as well. So because of that issue we won't be staying there again.

House looks to have had updates fairly recently. New paint and floors. Kitchen really nice. Furniture great. Outside screened porch was a bonus. Doens't have a gas grill though. Everything was nice.

Our family has been renting in Ocean Side Village for 20-ish years and we continue to enjoy our time in Surfside Beach. However, we only rented 1758 when there were no other appropriate options on Mason Circle because we know this house to be run down and in need of love. The owners offer few amenities to the renters - there is no outdoor furniture on the deck or below the house along the creek, the two chairs on the back porch are rusted to the point of being shameful to offer for use, there is no grill, there are no outlets for charging rented golf carts in the car port, the mattresses are old and uncomfortable, the front door looks like it's about to fall off, the back door looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the house was built, many deck boards are rotting, etc. Why rent this house when so many other similarly-priced options via Airbnb or VRBO are better equipped and more welcoming? OSV is a lovely place and we appreciate the pools, the community room, the private beach access and the Rose Realty staff but we were disappointed in this particular rental and will not rent it again if we can avoid it. We have recommended our other family members avoid this rental as well. Collectively our family rents approximately 10 houses and 12+ golf carts each summer so we have seen many of the rentals in the community and 1758 Mason Circle could really use some sprucing up. That said, the living room furniture is spacious and comfortable and the newly painted kitchen cabinets look nice.

The staff at Rose are always very helpful and pleasant. If there are any issues Mary will happily and promptly get them resolved. We loved the new decorative items in the house. The pretty blue painted cupboards in the kitchen and the new window treatments add to the cheery feel of this home. We love sitting in the porch watching the world go by. We don't get a lot of sun in the winter months here but we still enjoy the location. We were here for 3 months and enjoy our stay. Thank you for letting us share your family home. Wendy and Dave R.

We enjoyed our stay there and appreciated the new furniture and other updates from our previous stay in 2020. We noticed that the storm doors need attention. In one instance the mechanism is pulling away from the door frame. However, we really like staying there and are looking forward to coming again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and perfect for our 7 person party. I liked that it had a screened in porch on the front. There is a public beach access close to the house but we rented a golf cart and used the private parking lot for Oceanside Village guests. I always feel more comfortable in a gated community. There were lots of different gates we could access, including one beside the house for easy access. We enjoyed the pool, my daughter particularly enjoyed the kids splash area. Overall, we were very satisfied and I would rent this house again.

We thought the new flooring and dishwasher were terrific. The master bedroom needs a new mattress and new furniture in the living room is also needed.The kitchen and dinning area is lovely and bright. We were to stay 3 months however the Coronavirus cut our stay short by almost 7 weeks. However we did enjoy our time there and hope to come back next year. Thank you. Wendy and Dave

Loved the location of our rental and the layout of the house was great, however some updating needs to be done; blinds(some room darkening) & mattresses. Great customer service from Rose Real Estate.

The home was in a good location, we rented a different home in the same development last year. Excellent are for families with children. My grandchildren went to the beach with us all day then the pools at night. They loved feeding the turtles and ducks in the canal each morning.
