All new king and queen mattress's, new dishwasher, new microwave and new carpet thru out the condo. 3 Bedroom, 2 bath, 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full, 1 twin, 1 queen sleeper sofa, sleeps 8. Fully equipped kitchen with side by side Washer/dryer, dishwasher, regular coffee pot and Keurig, microwave, garbage disposal, blender and 3 bar stools at kitchen area. Dinning room sits 6. 4 TVs, 1 DVD player with free WIFI. Large spacious floor plan, largely furnished sun room with love seat, 2 tables, chair and storage chest, bright and cheerful décor, great family friendly area amenities. CD player with iPod. Storage available to renters. Enjoy the gym, indoor pool, outdoor, brand new pickleball courts and common grill area when you stay. Also make sure you check out the executive golf course, three par and disc golf. The three par is lighted at night. Golf passes available for weekly and monthly stays only. Coupons available for stays less then seven days. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

1209-outdated but clean. Our ac didn’t work the first few days, but the staff was on it. Pool and amenities were clean. Don’t think we will be back, unless a different unit.

We had an amazing stay at Tupelo. The condo was nice and clean. The neighborhood was nice, clean and quiet. We walked to the mini golf and ice cream parlor at the end of the property and my kids had a great time. They have an indoor and outdoor pool, which the kids loved. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend this complex! We had a great vacation!

Tupolo Bay is the best place to stay, very close to the beach, close to shopping, gym, and very very quite. No annoying loud motor cycle/muscle car noise like the place in Myrtle Beach we stayed at . The people at Rose are very helpful, and easy to work with.

NOT GOOD-the sofa bed is unusable, broken or missing springs. The ac didn't seem to cool down the front queen bedroom, maybe a duct work issue

The experience was great. We had the best of two worlds -- the beach without the crowds. The villa was large enough for our family of six. We look forward to staying here again next summer.
