BEAUTIFUL HOME IN THE KEYS!! 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath - PIER home - *Sleeps 10*. 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 double, 2 Twins and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. Spacious living room with lots of color, huge L-shaped sofa, chair with ottoman and rocking chair to relax. The master bedroom has very spacious ensuite bathroom and large closet space. Master bedroom also includes a sitting area. Queen bedroom also comes with a sitting area. Dining table seats up to six people and also an extra sofa in that room as well that sits another three. Island in the kitchen also has two seats. Fully equipped kitchen with ice maker, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, blender, regular coffee pot, keurig coffee pot, four slot toaster, side by side washer and dryer, 4 flat screen televisions with a DVD in living room. Deck has furniture that seats up to 16 people, outside shower, concrete driveway, gas grill, ceiling fans, carport area underneath home, stereo system, partly covered deck, high chair **NO SMOKING**, **NO PETS** Free WiFi. Unit also includes a ironing board and iron for renters use. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocceball courts, 1 shuffleboard court, 1 pickleball court, and two tennis courts. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

We loved our stay at this house. We loved seeing the updates that had been made from previous year. House is always clean and stocked with the essentials. Check in was a great process as well. House is close enough to the beach and the amenities in the neighborhood are great

Fantastic week with family! We ended up having to switch houses and Rose Real Estate was great about it. We loved this house. It had everything we needed inside and out. So comfortable and welcoming. We would stay here again.

Nice house with a well-stocked kitchen. The side storm door was broken and could not be used.

The home was very nice and had enough room for the family. Kitchen well equipped. Out decks very useful for our family. The outdoor stairs needed work as one of us fell through Thank goodness on the morning we were leaving lol. Main bath was help full as I am disabled.

This house was great for a family beach vacation. Had lots of room and the porch was awesome for early morning coffee or late afternoon book reading.

Very satisfied with this property. House was very clean and no issues. Parking a little tight if you have three cars and rent a golf cart. Very close to the beach access, although a golf cart is a must to visit the other amenities as well. Would definately stay again.

Wonderful week! We have stayed at this address many years. It is always a pleasure. It’s located close to Charleston. We like to spend a day there. For most stays we just hang out in the beautiful home and live the golf cart rides in the development & to the beach!
