Both bedrooms have large closets. Fully furnished and fully equipped with side by side washer/dryer, ice maker, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, crock pot, hand mixer,3 flat screen TVs, blender, stereo, electric fireplace, and ceiling fans. Skylight in kitchen gives natural light. Kitchen has two refrigerators. Kitchen island has 5 stools. Island also has stove top. Dining room has table and seating for 8. Both bedrooms have large closets. Master bathroom has a double sink and shower only. Hall bathroom has one sink and shower/tub combo. Outdoor shower, gas grill, carport under the home, and free internet service. Home has a wrap around deck. Furniture upstairs includes, 1 table, 4 chairs, lounge chair and love seat. Downstairs under carport is a table and seating for six. No Phone in Home. Beautiful bay window in dining room. Large open space. Great for gatherings. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocceball courts, 1 pickleball court, shuffleboard court and two tennis courts. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

Great house conveniently located close to ocean. Living room furniture was new but obviously has had a lot of wear and tear. The reclining seats were very difficult to push down and the springs were broken. Only thing we wish that the place included for the price would be a golf cart. A lot of the other homes in this community include them with their rental property. We plan to return.

We had a chilly week but a relaxing and nice stay. 1501 is a great location! There was only 2 of us but we had more than enough room to be comfortable enough to take family along if we make it back.

The house is well-maintained and clean. Great size for our family. We liked that it was located near the back gate, which made it easy to come and go from Oceanside Village. The only negative: the stairs and entrance to the house aren't covered, which was unpleasant unpacking our car while it was raining.

Overall the stay was very was quiet in the evenings and the property was secure.The Rose office staff were very good - friendly and helpful in solving a luggage issue. However the barbecue grill was not usable and the dishwasher would not empty properly - we did not use either of them. These are not hard problems to fix and I am sure they will be dealt with. These two items are reflected in the 4/5 ratings on overall satisfaction.

The AC went out the second day we were there. We were told there was only one person who could fix it and they were out of town! That person came the next day and fixed it. It went out again two more days later and again had to wait until the next day for it to be fixed. Needs a new AC unit or more people available for maintenance. Both times it happened after 5:00 and the office was closed. Two nights of no air at the beach isn’t fun!

I have rented 1501 Mason Circle for 4 years now and absolutely love this home. It is very well appointed, has wonderful access to the beach/ocean, shopping & restaurants. My stays here have been wonderful & I look forward to many more.
