Second bathroom has a bath/tub combo and one sink. Home has 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas *sleeps 8* 1 flat screen TVs (43" HD TV in living room), master bedroom has flat screen with spectrum box, queen bedroom has flat screen television that you use with Roku,, Free WiFi, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with refrigerator, stove, 2 regular toasters, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, 12 cup coffee pot, blender, toaster oven and hand mixer. Dining room has seating for four and kitchen area also has a table that seats four. Side by side washer and dryer. Gas grill for guests to enjoy. Rear deck overlooks the canal, that includes chairs to enjoy the view, 1/2 block to beach, 2 car paved drive. *SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY!! **PETS OK** Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocceball courts, 1 pickleball court, and two tennis courts. I enjoyed staying here. The home was comfortable and clean. It also is a easy walk to the ocean. The location is great for dining out, shopping and just being a tourist I would stay here again.

This is our 2nd stay in this home, it’s a great location and a very nice neighborhood. We always enjoy our stay in Oceanside Village. I would definitely recommend this home to others and would stay again. My only suggestion would be possibly it’s time for a new bed in the Master bedroom. The staff with Rose Realty is always pleasant and easy to make arrangements.

It was good. We have been staying in Oceanside for about the last 8 years. Always a different place. This was one of our best experiences. Would stay here again. The only negatives... the mattress is “crunchy” it makes noise when you rollover. And the couches are sleeper sofas so they are not comfortable to relax on. They are hard on the back and hips .

We love coming to OSV every summer and Rose Reality make the process so easy. Our home was amazing, clean and had a great outdoor space. You can’t beat the proximity to the water or private beach parking either!

Our vacation rental experience was an unexpected delight. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pools and taking our pups to the dog park. We met so many nice people while there. Having a golf cart and going to the beach across the street to walk the beach or sun bathe was just so special. The house we rented was done sight unseen and a disappointment. It seemed to be not well cared for. In need of painting outside and so much of the furniture was uncomfortable and the lanai was dirty . But we loved the. Illage and look forward to another visit.

We truly enjoyed our two week stay in this home, from the booking process to our stay. The location was perfect, 5 minute walk to the beach and a lovely quiet neighborhood. Home had everything we needed in the kitchen and the only thing I would say needs updating is the bed in the master bedroom. We would definitely rent this home again. Also pet friendly which means so much to us!!

The description was great; the House was exactly as described. The property was well maintained, but could use some new blinds, especially in the kitchen. The property was clean, except for the floors. I wear socks because my feet get cold, and the bottom of my socks were almost black. My parents are elderly; I would suggest maybe putting hand bars in the tub/shower for support. We received great service when the bathroom outlets did not work; maintenance was very friendly and efficient. Yes I would definitely recommend this property to family/friends. We really enjoyed staying in this property; loved sitting on the deck and watching the animals.

We enjoyed staying at Bruce & Abby’s home. It is beautifully decorated. It had everything that we needed. We loved the full size washer and dryer. The owners are super nice!

It's a great place to stay. Nice furnishings and fully furnished. Loved feeding the ducks duck food off the back deck.I would stay here again. The outside could use a little grooming in the back, but overall a great place!

We stayed for about 2 1/2 months. Everything was good. Walking distance to the beach, the pool, dog park. I walked my dog multiple times a day throughout the complex at all different times and I felt safe. My complaints would be too many dishes, glasses, etc. No place to put food but again I was here long so needed more storage.

This location was perfect. It was right between the beach and the pool. We have a dog and there was a short walk to the dog park. It is also a great location to walk yourself or your dog with the limits of The Keys or along the beach street. I stayed for 2 months so I would have preferred better pots and pans and more food storage, there was too many dishes and glasses. My only complaint would be the screened in porch. The rug was very dirty. I asked the property management and they were aware and told me it needs to be replaced.

Great location, quiet street. It's not a new structure and a few things could be upgraded. Somethings have already been upgraded. Otherwise it was clean and everything worked. We liked Sara J's and Driftwood restaurants. Access to the beach is great. The complex has a gated access area with parking.

We really enjoyed the house! It was the perfect space for us and our dogs. We walked to the beach everyday. Went to the pool and hot tub, LOVE the dog park! It’s a great little community for sure. The house had a lot of the owners things in the closets outside on the screened in porch etc that made it hard to move the things in that we brought for our 3 month stay, that would be my only criticism but we made it work!

Awesome experience! We loved the location, the amenities, the screen porch and deck. This is a very relaxing place to stay. Surfside has great restaurants on the beach.
