Newly Remodeled in 2022. New Carpet, furniture and new master bathroom shower. Unit is a three floor 3 bedroom 2 bath corner unit. 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twins and 1 queen sleeper sofa sleeps 8. Elevator is available along with luggage cart. Fully furnished and fully equipped with refrigerator, icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, 12 cup coffee pot and side by side washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board are also available for renters. Dining room table has seating for six. Kitchen area also has three stools to sit and eat as well. Master bedroom has a king size bed with two walk in closets. Master bathroom has a shower only but does come with double sinks., 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with closet. 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and closet. Hall bathroom has a shower/bath combo and one sink. Condo comes with television in living room and one in each bedroom. Ceiling fans are through out the unit. Renters can enjoy the balcony that over looks lake. The balcony has table with four chairs and two more chairs for more seating. WIFI. NO PETS. Ironing board and iron are available for renters use. Enjoy the gym, indoor pool, outdoor, brand new pickleball courts and common grill area when you stay. Also make sure you check out the executive golf course, three par and disc golf. The three par is lighted at night. Golf passes available for weekly and monthly stays only. Coupons available for stays less then seven days. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

We have rented multiple villas out of Tupelo Bay over the years. They have all been consistently clean and spacious. The indoor and outdoor pools are very nice and always clean as well.

We had the most beautiful condominium. It was decorated with the most beautiful nautical decor. It was a third-floor condo and we felt very safe. It was very peaceful and immaculately clean. We enjoyed the deck that was overlooking one of the ponds. We were able to capture pictures of the turtles and ducks swimming. I started staying at Tupelo Bay Golf Villas a long time ago and rented from a nurse that I worked with at Duke Raleigh Hospital and I knew on this trip there would be no where like Tupelo Bay Rentals so I called them and booked this trip back in May. I am extremely pleased with this vacation and there are not enough adjectives to describe the beauty of this rental. Thank you so very much for being able to accommodate us on this trip. We had a wonderful time and everything about this rental exceeded my expectations!!!
