Beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Pier home in the Keys on the canal. Home has 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, and Queen Sleeper Sofa. Sleeps 8. Master ensuite bathroom has one sink with tub/shower combo. There is a skylight for natural light. It also has blow dryers for guests use. Hall bathroom has one sink with a tub/shower combo. Pack n play is available for the little ones. The master and one other bedroom have a large closet. Fully furnished and fully equipped with side-by-side washer/dryer, stove, microwave, air fryer, Keurig hot/cold coffee maker, blender, disposal, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4 slice toaster, crock-pot, double steamer, Kitchen-Aid mixer and popcorn maker. 4 flat screen smart TVs and ceiling fans. Iron and ironing board are available for renters use. Kitchen is spacious with ample closet space. Dining room has table for 6. Sliding glass door off dining room/kitchen for easy access to large wraparound deck that includes outdoor table and chairs that sits 6 people along with gas grill. Carport under the home and free internet service. In the back of the house on lower level is a seating area with outdoor shower. Short walk to the beach. No pets allowed. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocce ball courts, 1 shuffleboard court, 1 pickleball court, and two tennis courts. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

We have been staying at Oceanside village for nine years. Renting from Rose Real Estate had always been a good experience for us. The homes we have rented are very nice - always clean when we arrive. Rose Realty responds to issues that arise quickly. Our children and grandchildren will always remember our trips to the beach and Oceanside village.

Love it! The house could use just tiny improvements with air floor vents and shower spouts. But other than that, WE LOVED IT!! Perfect place for our family to vacation. We are choosing the same house for next year. Already booked for next June! The whole community and all employees are the most wonderful people! Outstanding care and service! The kindness of the people was just a blessing to experience. We plan to come back every single year. Thank you for all you do to make families feel right at home from the moment they place that call for booking.

OSV never disappoints. This is the first time staying in this particular home but it was very nice with exception of the coffee pot. My family likes their coffee their way. The home was very clean and well appointed with adequate seating in living area and dining. Also outside entertainment area and the location was perfect.
