New to program for 2024. 3 bedroom, 2 bath home close to the beach. House sleeps 8. Master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two twin beds. Double bed is also available that is next to the living room. Completely furnished. Kitchen is completely equipped with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, regular coffee pot, Keurig coffee pot and everything you would need to prepare a meal. Living room has a sofa with chairs and dining room table seats 6. Spectrum cable and free WIFI. Stackable washer and dryer. New deck with furniture. Concrete driveway. Gas grill for guests to use. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, bocce ball, horseshoes, and tennis. Linens are not included but you can purchase linen package. This home no longer allows dogs!!!

The accomodations were very nice. Very short walk to the ocean. A little longer walk to the pool but worth it. I chose not to rent a golf cart. I had my two fur babies with me and we got a lot of walking exercise instead. The house is perfect for bringing your dogs. No carpets easy to clean up all the sand tracking. Back yard and deck very nice. The BBQ grill needs help, how ever the kitchen works just nicely.
