Remodeled completely inside. Home has three bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Sleeps 6. Master bedroom has a queen bed with dresser, chair and flatscreen television. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with shower only. Second bedroom has a queen bed with dresser and flat screen television. Third bedroom has a day bed with trundle underneath. Hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Kitchen is large and fully equipped for renters to cook meals. It includes a refrigerator, icemaker, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, blender, Keurig coffee pot only and garbage disposal. Hardwood floors through-out. Ceiling fans in every bedroom. Living room has a love seat and chair with table and four chairs. Stackable washer and dryer. Free WIFI. Sunroom in the front of the house with loveseat. Owner also has three bicycles in that room that renters are allowed to use. Concrete driveway and will fit at least two cars. Cameras are on the outside of the house only. Linens are not included in the rental. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocce ball courts, shuffleboard court, pickleball court, and two tennis courts.
