The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen television, nightstands, dresser, and large closet for storage. The ensuite bathroom includes double sinks with a garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a nightstand, television, and closet. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk with queen bed bottom and double bed top, television and closet. The owner also has a toddler day bed and pack-n-play for guests to use. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The living room has a large sectional sofa with plenty of seating for guests. A wall mount flat-screen television. The dining room is right off the living room and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests to start cooking. It includes a refrigerator, icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, both a10-cup coffee pot and a Keurig. Off the kitchen is the half bath as well as a walk-in pantry. The house has hardwood floors. Ceiling fans throughout. Side by side washer and dryer. Seating area out back with furniture and grill. A concrete driveway leads to an oversized garage. The owner is allowing the use of two personal golf carts to renters. Free WIFI. Linens are included with your rental. No smoking. Pets under 50 pounds. Dogs must be at least 2 years old , housebroken, and behaved. All pets must be crated while you are not at the house. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocce ball courts, 1 shuffleboard court, 1 pickleball court, and two tennis courts.
