Downstairs unit has two large bedrooms and sleeps 4. Both bedrooms have queen beds. Full bathroom that both bedrooms share. Large living room with dining room seating for two. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven and dishwasher. Two bar stools at the kitchen area for guests to use. Three smart televisions and free WIFI. Back patio has furniture and owner installed a hot tub for guests to use.. Half of garage has been converted into a lounge that includes a sofa, television, bar area and foosball table. No smoking and No pets allowed. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, bocce ball, pickleball and tennis courts. Golf cart is included in the rental. Linens are not included but can be purchased.
