Master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom with double sinks. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has a full bed. Dining room seats four people. Cable and internet are included. Ceiling fans through out the home. Stackable washer and dryer in master bathroom. Screened front porch with furniture. Side porch that extends the length of the house. Concrete driveway with plenty of parking. Outdoor shower is also available to guests. Linens are not included in the rental but can be rented through us. My wife & I decided last minute to head off to the coast to join family for Thanksgiving, so choices were much more limited than normally would be. We chose 253 Sand Dollar from those available (pet friendly). The folks at Dunes Realty couldn’t have been more pleasant and were a joy to work with. The rental was lovely, and appeared to have been recently updated (flooring & painting). The furniture left a LOT to be desired and really needs to be replaced. The place was nicely furnished & was clean and shiny as a new penny. It’s not ocean front or ocean view, but the water is pretty near & a golf cart rental will help you out here. Enjoyed our stay very much, and would recommend it to anyone.
