WINTER RENTAL ONLY FROM JANUARY, FEBURARY, MARCH & APRIL. Three bedroom with two full baths on third floor with sunroom. Master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite that includes his and hers sinks with very large shower. Walk in master closet. Second bedroom has a queen bed with closet to store all your cloths. Third bedroom has two twin beds with large closet. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Unit sleeps 8 people comfortably. Condo is completely furnished. Kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, toaster, regular coffee pot, icemaker and blender. All the necessities to cook up a meal. Washer and dryer are also included in the unit for renters to utilize. Owner is allowing dogs at the property. No smoking. Enjoy the gym, indoor pool, outdoor, brand new pickleball courts and common grill area when you stay. Also make sure you check out the executive golf course, three par and disc golf. The three par is lighted at night. Golf passes available for weekly and monthly stays only. Coupons available for stays less then seven days. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.
