Twin bedroom also has a private ensuite bathroom. Lower level has two additional bedrooms one has a queen bedroom and one has a queen bedroom and 1 full bathroom. On the main floor guests can enjoy a spacious living room with plenty of seating and an electric fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator with icemaker, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, blender, regular coffee pot, Keurig coffee pot and toaster. Dining room is off of the kitchen and seats 6. Three bar stools are available at the kitchen area. Lower level has a living room, dining room and full kitchen. Main level and lower level both have washer and dryers. Lower level has a screened in patio to enjoy overlooking pond. Home has 6 smart televisions. Free WIFI. Front porch has furniture to relax after a day at the beach. Back porch is off the living room and comes with furniture and gas grill. Guest can also enjoy a gas firepit located outside the bottom unit but can also be accessed from the side of home. Owner also allows the use of two golf carts. They have one six seater and one four seater. No smoking and No pets allowed.
